METHOD
Peel the plantain. Beat well in a mortar to free it from lumps. Mix well with the dough until it becomes thick. Add the prepared pepper, salt and onion. Mix well. Heat palm oil in a pan. When hot, roll a piece of dough into a ball and fry until quite brown. Continue to fry in the same way till the dough is used up. Serve hot with pepper paste.
